📌 Key Requirements:

• Qualification

  : Chartered Accountant (mandatory)

• Experience

  : 5 to 8 years in FP&A, preferably with exposure to multinational / matrix organizations

• Ownership mindset

  : Confident individual who can independently drive

  monthly FP&A consolidation and reporting

• Proven expertise in handling

  large volume data

  and high-pressure month-end timelines

• Excellent MS Excel skills

  – advanced formulas, pivots, data modeling
• Strong business acumen with an

  analytical and detail-oriented approach

• Experience working with

  reporting tools

  like Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus
• Effective communicator with

  strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Proactive, self-disciplined, and capable of working both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify trends, variances, and deliver actionable insights for leadership reporting

🌍 What You'll Do:

• Assist and help managing end-to-end

  FP&A reporting and consolidation across global entities

• Work closely with business controllers, accounting, and strategy teams to analyze monthly performance
• Assist the preparation of

  management reporting packs

  , dashboards, and variance analysis
• Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Drive continuous improvement in

  FP&A processes, tools, and standardization
