Role Overview: You will be part of The Finance Business & Technology (FBT) organization at bp, which is focused on modernizing and digitizing finance activities. Specifically, you will join the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, playing a crucial role in driving end-to-end process control, compliance, and delivering financial insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with onsite technical and finance leadership in various geographies to understand business context deeply - Develop insightful financial products to support decision-making - Manage planning and performance management work - Coach less experienced analysts and manage collaborator expectations - Potentially work under alternative shift arrangements to align with European or British time zones Qualification Required: - Must have educational qualifications in Business/Finance or Engineering subject area at Degree level or equivalent - Preferred education/certifications include Masters Degree or post-graduate qualification in a finance subject area (e.g., MBA, CA, ICWA/Cost Accountants) - Minimum 15 years of relevant post-degree experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in Oil and Gas business or related industries like Retail, Asset-based business, Manufacturing, or Logistics Additional Details: You will work with a team of finance professionals in the FP&A organization, contributing to business planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and economic evaluation.
