Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Finance FBT organization, specializing in Finance project delivery within Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Your role will involve managing a portfolio of Analytics and Digitization projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, managing resources, deadlines, and budgetary requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with senior management and partners to develop project plans that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of Analytics and Digitization projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, managing resources, deadlines, and budgetary requirements - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and partners - Develop detailed project plans, schedule project timelines, and communicate project expectations effectively to team members and partners - Review work packages for each workstream owner, validate schedules, dependencies, and resource utilization, and own management of partner expectation alignment gaps - Establish project governance, identify and resolve project risks/issues, manage project dependencies and critical path, and build and grow business relationships vital to project success - Continually analyze lessons learned, align with project management standards, and support portfolio priority projects across Analytics and Digitization - Produce material to support workstreams, governance, reporting, tracking, and engagement, utilizing project management delivery techniques including Waterfall and Agile - Demonstrate understanding of change management principles, assess and manage the impact of project changes, and effectively communicate with partners and guide teams through deployments Qualifications Required: - Educational qualifications: Business/Finance Degree level or equivalent - Preferred education/certifications: Degree level or equivalent in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology - Minimum years of relevant experience: 10+ years of experience in a similar business area or industry - Preferred experience: Experience of leading multidisciplinary project teams, relevant system and process improvement deployment experience, issue resolution, and influencing peer and senior partner management Additional Company Details (if applicable): You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multi-stakeholder environment, driving and leading others through change, resolving conflict, building alignment, and dealing with ambiguity.
