FP&A Analyst Adaptive Planning

Department:

Role Overview

Corporate FP&A Analyst

Adaptive builders

Key Responsibilities

Own
annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and reforecasts
Perform
business-level P&L analysis
(Revenue, Margin, EBITDA)
Lead
variance analysis
and explain drivers to business stakeholders
Build and maintain
financial models and planning templates
Hands-on ownership of Workday Adaptive Planning
:

Budget & forecast models
Scenario planning
Management reports & dashboards
Account / cost center / version mappings

Prepare
FP&A decks
for leadership reviews
Partner with Finance and Business teams for decision support

Must-Have Requirements

B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA
36 years in
Corporate / Business FP&A
Strong ownership of:

Budgeting
Forecasting
Variance analysis
Business P&L review

Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning
(model/report building)

FP&A Analyst – Salesforce (Revenue & Performance Analytics)

Own
budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
for revenue and business performance
