Job Description

1.

Implement common billing policies, SOPs, and controls across all
hospitals
Act as the final escalation authority for billing-related issues and exceptions

2.

Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle performance, including billing, day outstanding & advances, and credit billing.
Identify revenue leakage through audits, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with GST, statutory norms and internal financial control standards

3.

Ensure claim submissions and response to queries (NMI) as per TAT
Control on denials (flag on time) and settlements

4.

Review consolidated MIS covering bill submissions, day outstanding, denials, and unit-wise performance
Develop benchmarks and dashboards to compare performance across the hospitals
Present actionable insights to senior management.

5.

Lead and guide Unit Billing Heads / Controllers at each hospital.
Drive training, performance management, and capability building across billing teams.
Ensure optimal manpower planning and productivity standards across units.

Education :

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com)

MBA/M.Com/PGDBM
