Aware and implement policies with respect to Medications brought by patient and self-administration by patients. Observes the patient to ensure safe medication / adverse reactions. Errors in medication, nursing intervention, ADR to be brought immediately to the notice of the In-Charge, Nursing Superintendent and Consultant. The respective form to be filled. Aware of NABH & NE standards and implement the same. Maintains personal, patients and environmental hygiene.
