Qualifications:

• Leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills
• Experience in marketing strategies, brand development, and customer relations
• Understanding of sustainable fashion, innovative materials, and supply chain management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planning
• Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion practices
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role in the fashion industry is a plus
