Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founding Partner located in Hyderabad. The Founding Partner will be responsible for strategic decision-making and driving business growth, including overseeing daily operations, developing long-term goals, and forging partnerships. Other responsibilities include market analysis, team leadership, and ensuring alignment between business strategy and market opportunities.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
• Deep understanding of business development, marketing, and sales
• Experience in the real estate sector, including market analysis and operations management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Track record of entrepreneurial initiatives or experience in launching new business ventures is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
