As a Founder's Team Intern at the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the MyRei Founder's Team and Founder to contribute to various aspects of building an international fashion brand. This one-month unpaid internship is designed for you to explore and apply your skills in areas such as strategy, design, marketing, operations, or partnerships, aligning with your interests and strengths. Key Responsibilities: - Work on projects based on your skills and enthusiasm, collaborating with the team to co-create solutions - Contribute to shaping the future of the brand through innovative ideas and strategic insights - Engage in hands-on learning across multiple functions within the fashion industry - Participate in brand building, marketing activities, and international fashion strategy development - Assist in operational tasks, partnership initiatives, and financial planning activities Qualifications: - Demonstrate leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills - Possess experience in marketing strategies, brand development, and customer relations - Showcase understanding of sustainable fashion, innovative materials, and supply chain management - Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills - Have financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planning - Show passion for sustainability and ethical fashion practices - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field - Previous experience in a leadership or management role in the fashion industry is a plus Joining this internship will provide you with exposure to sustainable materials and innovative fashion design, insights into brand building and marketing strategies, hands-on experience in operations and partnerships, as well as mentorship and networking opportunities with industry experts.
