Role: Founder's Team Intern / Founder's Internship This is a one-month unpaid internship at the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub, Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh where you will work along with the MyRei Founder's Team and Founder to explore and contribute to different aspects of building an international fashion brand. The role is designed to allow you to experiment, learn, and apply your skills in areas that match your interest and strengths, whether it is strategy, design, marketing, operations, or partnerships. During this period, you will be allotted projects based on your skills, compatibility, and enthusiasm , working closely with the team to co-create solutions and shape the brand’s future. Exceptional performers may be offered full-time roles or even a chance to join as a founding team member , depending on contribution, vision alignment, and commitment. Ideal candidates are: Excited about sustainable and ethical fashion Open to hands-on learning across multiple functions Strong communicators, collaborative, and confident in contributing ideas Interested in being part of a pioneering, ambitious project Learning Opportunities Exposure to sustainable materials and innovative fashion design Insights into brand building, marketing, and international fashion strategy Hands-on experience in operations, partnerships, and financial planning Mentorship and networking opportunities within the incubation hub and industry experts Qualifications: Leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills Experience in marketing strategies, brand development, and customer relations Understanding of sustainable fashion, innovative materials, and supply chain management Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planning Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion practices Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field Previous experience in a leadership or management role in the fashion industry is a plus
