Responsibilities (Depending on Domain)

Mechanical & Electronics

• ● Lead design, prototyping, and testing of robotic systems
• ● Oversee integration of mechanical and electrical subsystems
• ● Develop cost-effective, manufacturable, and durable solutions

Software & AI

• ● Build web/desktop tools and simulation interfaces for robotics education
• ● Architect and scale backend infrastructure and APIs
• ● Develop AI-based learning agents, computer vision modules, or analytics dashboards

UI/UX & Content

• ● Design intuitive, elegant interfaces for students and mentors
• ● Produce video content, tutorials, and explainers that bring robotics to life
• ● Shape visual storytelling and user journeys across the platform

Strategic/Founder’s Office

• ● Work closely with the founders to execute strategic priorities
• ● Drive partnerships, fundraising, documentation, and investor communications
• ● Coordinate across teams and help scale core operations

Minimum Qualifications

• ● A

  Bachelor’s degree

  or higher in relevant domains (CS, ECE, Mech, Design, etc.)
• ● 

  2 years of demonstrable experience

  in building, shipping, or deploying real-world projects (college + industry + personal all count)
• ● Strong ownership, self-drive, and comfort with ambiguity
• ● Passion for robotics, ed-tech, or learning-by-building
• ● Relaxation of degree and years of experience may be considered in exceptional cases

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• ● Startup experience or interest in early-stage ventures
• ● Experience mentoring interns or junior developers
• ● Participation in robotics competitions, ed-tech platforms, or open-source contributions
