Core Responsibilities:

AI & Cognitive Systems (Primary):

Help build out AI-driven capabilities
EQ (Emotional Intelligence) modeling
Short-term and long-term memory systems

Data & Product Analytics (Primary)

Instrument the app for analytics (events, funnels, cohorts, retention, crashes)
Work with tools like
Firebase and PostHog
Design and run
A/B tests
to improve activation, engagement, and retention
Write efficient
SQL / Python
queries to analyze user behavior and feature impact
Turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for the team

Mobile App (Secondary)

Own the
React Native (Expo) app
(iOS & Android)
Integrate agent-driven UX and APIs
Ship reliable App Store & Play Store releases
