Full-Stack Engineer (Hybrid, Jaipur)

We have crossed 20,000+ downloads within a month with 2500 daily active users.

We’re looking for our first full-stack engineer. You’ll be the only engineer working directly with the founders. The goal is simple: help us ship faster and shape the product as it scales.

Full-Stack Development

• Build and maintain both the frontend and backend of our application
• Work primarily with 

  Python

   for backend services and 

  React Native (Expo)

   for the mobile app
• Ship production-ready features to both 

  Google Play Store

   and 

  Apple App Store

Mobile App Engineering

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot our React Native (Expo) mobile app
• Ensure smooth integrations, performance improvements, and cross-platform consistency

Data & Problem-Solving

• Perform data analysis and write efficient database queries
• Debug complex issues across the stack and contribute to architectural decisions

AI & Cognitive Systems

• If you’re cracked (exceptionally skilled), help build out AI-driven capabilities

• EQ (Emotional Intelligence) modeling

• Short-term and long-term memory systems

You should be comfortable across frontend + backend on Expo, and excited about data, analytics, and A/B testing everything.
