About the Role

We are looking for world-class Full Stack Web Application Engineers who are passionate about developing scalable, distributed software systems. If you thrive in high-impact environments, have an eye for quality, and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we want you on our team.

This role involves building and maintaining mission-critical web applications and services hosted on a global scale. You will have the opportunity to work with both cutting-edge and well-established technologies including JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Redux, and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test scalable web applications and services.
Work closely with design and product teams to create seamless user experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Assist in deploying applications in a cloud-based environment.
Ensure applications and services are always available and performant.
Drive innovation through prototyping and iterative development.
Create and maintain documentation and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in JavaScript (client & server-side), HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong experience with React.js, Redux, and Node.js.
Familiar with modern build tools such as Webpack.
Skilled in building Single Page Applications (SPAs).
Experience with performance optimization and reducing page load time.
Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and design constraints.
Competent in writing automated unit and functional tests.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience working with CMS platforms; knowledge of Gatsby and Next.js is a plus.
Strong grasp of algorithms and design patterns.
Committed to writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
