Core Responsibilities:

AI & Cognitive Systems (Primary):

• Help build out AI-driven capabilities

• EQ (Emotional Intelligence) modeling

• Short-term and long-term memory systems

Data & Product Analytics (Primary)

• Instrument the app for analytics (events, funnels, cohorts, retention, crashes)
• Work with tools like

  Firebase and PostHog

• Design and run

  A/B tests

  to improve activation, engagement, and retention
• Write efficient

  SQL / Python

  queries to analyze user behavior and feature impact
• Turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for the team

Mobile App (Secondary)

• Own the

  React Native (Expo) app

  (iOS & Android)
• Integrate agent-driven UX and APIs

• Ship reliable App Store & Play Store releases
