Founding Tech Member / Full-Stack Developer

# Responsibilities:

1) Prototype Development

Build 0→1 prototype with gamification flows (missions, points, leaderboards, rewards, streaks)

2) Architecture

Set up backend structure, database schema, and scalable tech decisions

3) Dashboard Development

Create basic admin & impact verification dashboards

4) UI/UX Integration

Work with the product lead to convert Figma flows into functional screens

5) Data & Security

Ensure secure participation and impact data tracking

6) Tech Roadmapping

Co-own sprint planning and iteration cycles

7) Collaboration

Work closely with product, research, and operations teams

# Required Technical Skills:

1) Full-stack development

React / Next.js / Flutter / MERN or similar

2) Backend & APIs

Node.js, Firebase, MongoDB, SQL

3) Gamification logic

Points, achievements, streaks, badges, leaderboards

4) System Architecture

Building scalable modular systems

5) Version control

Git / GitHub

6) Problem-solving + Product mindset

Ability to make smart trade-offs in constraints

#Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in

  UI/UX tools (Figma)

• Familiarity with

  behavioural design / ed-tech / impact-tech

• Built MVPs / prototypes previously (hackathons/projects)
• Interest in

  ESG / CSR / tech-for-good
