The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, developing business strategies, managing accounts, and communicating with potential and existing clients to drive business growth. Nivaah is a behaviour-design driven social impact platform that transforms everyday participation into hygiene dignity for domestic workers . We are building a gamified engagement engine where students (and later employees) complete missions → earn points → points convert into real-world hygiene benefits such as sanitation kits, medical support & essentials. Currently, in our pre-prototype phase , we are focusing on: Validating impact loops, Developing gamified engagement structures, Translating concept → functional prototype. We are looking for a Founding Tech Member / Full-Stack Developer to lead the technical architecture and development of Nivaah’s gamified platform and impact verification system. This role offers high autonomy, high ownership, and CTO-track potential . # Responsibilities: 1) Prototype Development Build 0→1 prototype with gamification flows (missions, points, leaderboards, rewards, streaks) 2) Architecture Set up backend structure, database schema, and scalable tech decisions 3) Dashboard Development Create basic admin & impact verification dashboards 4) UI/UX Integration Work with the product lead to convert Figma flows into functional screens 5) Data & Security Ensure secure participation and impact data tracking 6) Tech Roadmapping Co-own sprint planning and iteration cycles 7) Collaboration Work closely with product, research, and operations teams # Required Technical Skills: 1) Full-stack development React / Next.js / Flutter / MERN or similar 2) Backend & APIs Node.js, Firebase, MongoDB, SQL 3) Gamification logic Points, achievements, streaks, badges, leaderboards 4) System Architecture Building scalable modular systems 5) Version control Git / GitHub 6) Problem-solving + Product mindset Ability to make smart trade-offs in constraints #Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in UI/UX tools (Figma) Familiarity with behavioural design / ed-tech / impact-tech Built MVPs / prototypes previously (hackathons/projects) Interest in ESG / CSR / tech-for-good # Who You Are Purpose-driven and resilient.
