Role Description

As a Founding Developer at Varicash, you’ll play a central role in designing, building, and scaling our fintech platform from scratch. You’ll have complete ownership over core technical components and will collaborate closely with the team across product, design, and engineering.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who loves solving problems, building fast, and working end-to-end. We value ownership, speed, and clarity, and we’re looking for curious, ambitious people who want to help shape something new from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop product architecture and backend systems
• Build web and mobile apps using

  React / React Native

• Set up and manage

  AWS infrastructure

  ,

  DevOps pipelines

  , and deployments
• Work on backend APIs and services (

  Python desirable

  )
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship fast and scale securely

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with

  AWS

  React/React Native

  DevOps

• Strong fundamentals in

  Python

  , APIs, and distributed systems
• Comfortable taking ownership and making key technical decisions
• Experience or interest in

  fintech or financial platforms

Bonus

• Prior experience with

  IndiaStack

  (AA, eSign, Digilocker, etc.)
• Background in fintech or early-stage startups
• Product mindset and design awareness
