Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communication & Business Documentation

  • Create 

    business proposals, investor decks, partnership documents, and pitch narratives

    .
  • Draft 

    founder communications

    : emails, reports, announcements, and thought pieces.
  • Convert 

    analytics and deal data

     into compelling, 

    insight-driven narratives and visuals

    .
  • Support 

    due diligence storytelling, acquisition summaries, and M&A reports

    .

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Write 

    clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy

     for the website, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Develop 

    thought leadership articles, founder blogs, and newsletters

     on 

    SaaS, growth, and acquisitions

    .
  • Ensure all written communication aligns with 

    brand tone, strategy, and market positioning

    .

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct 

    market, competitor, and founder research

     to support acquisitions and outreach.
  • Summarize reports into 

    clear insights and frameworks

     for presentations.
  • Collaborate with 

    data and analytics teams

     to translate findings into 

    accessible business stories

    .

Presentations & Visual Communication

  • Build and refine 

    investor decks, internal presentations, and business documents

     in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Collaborate with 

    designers

     to ensure 

    visual and textual storytelling align

    .
  • Create 

    executive summaries and dashboards

     that communicate business performance effectively.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with 

    design, marketing, and engineering teams

     to ensure 

    messaging coherence

     across web, product, and brand.
  • Work closely with the 

    founder on strategic initiatives and communication material

    .


Skills & Requirements

  • Exceptional 

    written and verbal communication skills

     in a 

    B2B context

    .
  • Strong grasp of 

    SaaS, startups, and M&A or investment ecosystem

     (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience 

    writing for websites, business decks, and thought leadership

    .
  • Analytical mindset — ability to 

    interpret business and market data into clear insights

    .
  • Proficiency in 

    Google Docs, Slides, Notion, and CMS tools

     like Webflow or WordPress.
  • Basic understanding of 

    SEO and digital analytics

     to optimize web content.
  • Strong 

    research and summarization skills

    .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in 

    B2B content, consulting, or startup/VC environments

    .
  • Experience in 

    business storytelling, founder communications, or investor content

    .
  • Ability to handle 

    multi-format content

     — website, decks, mailers, reports, FAQs, video scripts.
  • Exposure to 

    Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar tools

     for performance insights.
