What You’ll Do

• Drive

  strategic projects

  and go-to-market launches end-to-end.
• Manage

  OKRs, dashboards, and reporting

  across all teams.
• Act as a

  program manager

  across Growth, Product, Content, and Tech.
• Own

  investor communications

  : updates, decks, and deliverables.
• Run the Founder’s priorities – prep, follow-ups, and stakeholder liaison.
• Support decision-making with

  research, analysis, and insights

  .
• Improve internal processes and operating cadence for speed + clarity.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4–8 years in

  program management, consulting, business ops, or Chief of Staff roles

  .
• Strong project management skills with examples of

  end-to-end execution

  .
• Excellent analytical ability: dashboards, reports, KPI tracking.
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in

  fast-paced startups

  .
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in management/operations.
• Prior

  startup or high-growth experience

  (0–1 to 1–10 journey).
• Familiarity with

  investor relations, fundraising, or board reporting

  .
• Interest in spirituality, wellness, or astrology is a strong plus.
