Job Description

Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious individual to join Founder’s

Office, focusing on business and finance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong problem-solving mindset, solid financial knowledge, and the ability to create professional documents and presentations that drive decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


• Develop clear, well-structured documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic business decisions.

• Build and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis, forecasting, and

performance tracking.

• Setup a business vertical mainly on the sales and distribution side

• Conduct sales and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize

revenue streams.

• Collaborate across departments to identify, evaluate, and implement solutions to

operational and commercial challenges.

• Monitor industry trends and market movements to support proactive business

strategies.


Required Skills & Competencies


• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn about new markets, technologies, and

business models.

• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to break down complex challenges into

actionable steps.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare professional-grade

documents and presentations.

• Working knowledge of finance and business concepts, including revenue models,

profitability drivers, and market dynamics.

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and basic financial

modeling.

• Business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to operational and

commercial strategies.

• Exposure to sales processes, distribution channels, and market development.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Sales or related

disciplines. MBA is plus.

• 0–3 years of work experience in sales, or finance-related roles (internships included).

• High aptitude for structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.
