About the Role

We’re hiring for a high-impact role that works directly with the founder. As part of the Founder’s Office, you’ll act as a force multiplier—leading strategic projects, driving execution, and keeping the business moving. This is a role for someone who’s sharp, fast, and gets things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Run point on critical cross-functional projects
• Support founder with research, reporting, and decision-making
• Coordinate execution across business, ops, marketing, and product
• Prepare decks, briefs, and internal documentation
• Handle high-priority, time-sensitive tasks end-to-end

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or business ops
• Strong written & verbal communication
• High ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work independently
• Fast with research, Google Sheets, decks, and execution
