Social Media Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and execute social media strategies that reflect our brand voice (fun, empowering, a lil’ cheeky)
• Run the day-to-day content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and more
• Use AI tools (yes, we love efficiency) for content creation, automation, and insights
• Spot trends, memes, and cultural moments and use them to create buzz-worthy, shareable content
• Collaborate with creatives like designers, photographers, and influencers to build scroll-stopping visuals
• Write killer captions and copy that match our vibe
• Track performance across platforms, tweak strategies, and share what’s working (and what’s flopping)
• Understand how performance marketing fits into the social game including ads, targeting, and basic analytics

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of solid experience managing brand accounts on social media
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
• Familiar with AI tools for social media (bonus if you’ve used them to boost workflow)
• Sharp eye for content plus strong storytelling skills
• Analytical mindset, you enjoy digging into numbers, not just vibes
• A passion for fashion, wellness, and building brands that actually connect with their audience
• Bonus if you’ve worked with creators or influencer campaigns
