Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The role is based in Yamunanagar, with some flexibility for remote work. The day-to-day responsibilities include creating, curating, and managing content for various social media platforms, developing and executing social media marketing campaigns, analyzing engagement metrics, and staying updated on the latest trends and strategies in digital and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance the company's online presence and build meaningful connections with the audience. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and develop insights Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of social media management tools and platforms Familiarity with the building materials or related industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
