Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented executive to support our Founder. This remote, full-time role is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of executive support and project management experience, with business development as an extra plus, who are looking to transition into high-end, fast-paced international advisory services, working with private equity, venture capital, and family offices across Europe, the Middle East and other such markets.


You absolutely must have:

  • Prior experience working at a multinational corporation (MNC) in a collaborative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
  • Strong Western-quality English communication skills, both verbal and written, with prior experience working with US and European clients as a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes while working remotely.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate in building a global brand.
  • Strong client and team service orientation and openness to feedback and new ideas.


What we are looking for:

As a Founder's Office Executive, you would be reporting day-to-day to our CEO in our small (8-person) and fast-growing business. You will be working across broad range of areas:

  • Communication and documentation: Drafting and editing internal communications, preparing meeting notes, creating summary reports, and ensuring timely distribution of relevant documents.
  • Event and meeting planning: Supporting the organisation of team meetings, events, and presentations, ensuring all elements are professionally executed.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Assisting in managing executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling logistical details for virtual and in-person engagements.
  • Business and organisation development: Contribute to business development by identifying and maintaining the client database, driving new business opportunities.
  • Confidentiality and discretion: Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism, discretion and integrity.
