Xenvolt is an AI-native technology Solution provider company that builds intelligent, scalable

solutions for the Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure sectors. We specialize in AI-

driven analytics, automation, IoT integrations, and enterprise digital platforms.

We are seeking a motivated Founder’s Office Intern with a strong technical foundation and MBA

background, who understands IT, AI, and business operations.


Duration: 4 months + optional 2‑month extension


About the Role:

Position: Founder’s Office Intern (Marketing, Strategy & Operations)

This role involves working closely with the Founder across marketing, content creation, strategic

initiatives, and operational coordination. Ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to a

growing tech company and want to contribute across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Content Development

• Create and manage content: blogs, website content, presentations, case studies, marketing

documents.

• Support digital campaigns and social media communication.

• Prepare company decks, proposals, and product explainer documents.

2. Technical Communication & Documentation

• Convert technical concepts (AI, software, utilities, energy solutions) into clear business

communication.

• Draft reports, meeting summaries, proposals, and business requirement documents.

• Assist in preparing technical + business presentations for clients, investors, and partners.

3. Meeting & Coordination Support

• Schedule and organize meetings for Founders and Leadership.

• Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.

• Prepare pre-meeting briefs and post-meeting MOM/action trackers.

4. Operational Support

• Assist in project coordination, marketing planning, and task tracking.

• Support the execution of strategic initiatives across IT, AI, and business functions.

• Handle priority tasks and confidential projects as assigned.

Must-Have Qualifications

Technical Background (B.Tech/B. E or equivalent).

MBA (Marketing, IT, Business Analytics, or related specialization).

Strong understanding of IT, AI concepts, and software technologies.

• Excellent English communication (writing + speaking).

• Ability to convert technical information into business-friendly content.

• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, MS Office, LinkedIn content creation.

• Interest in the power, energy, utilities, or AI technology sectors.

• Prior internship experience in marketing, consulting, or product management.
