Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Faridabad for a Founders Office Intern. The role involves providing direct support to the leadership team in admin, project management, strategic planning, research, and operational tasks. Responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing data, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting in the implementation of company-wide initiatives. The intern will participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to business strategy, and support the execution of on-ground projects and events as part of the company’s mission to enhance the welding industry's ecosystem.

Qualifications

Strong skills in research, data analysis, and problem-solving
Proficiency in business communication
Project management abilities, with attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with various teams and stakeholders
Basic understanding of manufacturing or engineering sectors is a plus
Proficiency in productivity tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Currently pursuing or holds a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
