About the Role:

Founder’s Office Intern

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with founders on high-priority projects across operations, strategy, and new verticals
• Conduct market and policy research, build business models, and assist in decision analysis
• Design and implement cross-functional solutions with real execution responsibility
• Track KPIs and create insight-driven dashboards for org-wide visibility
• Draft internal documents, investor briefs, and strategic memos
• Step in where needed: from high-level strategy to getting things done on ground

Who You Are:

• Deeply passionate about

  climate, circular economy, and sustainability

• Strategic thinker

  with strong analytical instincts and problem-solving ability
• Preferably a

  former founder, operator, researcher

  , or high-performing intern in sustainability/impact spaces
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven, coachable, and relentless about execution
• Any degree/background is welcome—

  aptitude matters more than pedigree
