Founder's Office Intern

As a fast-growing startup, our Founder’s Office drives the most critical initiatives — from strategy and operations to marketing and investor relations. We’re looking for a highly driven Founder’s Office Intern who thrives in a dynamic, “no two days are the same” environment.

Role Overview

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the founders and leadership team, wearing multiple hats across strategy, operations, research, marketing, business development, and execution. You’ll act as the founder’s right hand — helping turn ideas into action and ensuring smooth execution of key projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Projects: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare presentations/reports to support decision-making.
• Operations & Execution: Coordinate day-to-day activities, streamline processes, and ensure timely delivery of critical tasks.
• Marketing & Communication: Assist in drafting pitches, proposals, content, social media, and outreach material.
• Investor & Stakeholder Support: Help prepare documents, dashboards, and updates for investors, partners, and clients.
• Data & Insights: Collect, organize, and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
• Special Projects: Support on new initiatives, product launches, and cross-functional collaborations.
• All-Hands Problem Solving: Step in wherever required — whether it’s operations, research, or execution.

• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
• Hustler mindset — proactive, resourceful, and able to figure things out independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and bias for action.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; bonus if familiar with tools like Notion, Canva, or Excel analytics.
• Preferred: Students or recent graduates in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
