Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital sales strategies across our website and e-commerce portals. The successful candidate will oversee performance marketing, social media marketing, and content management, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. You will be responsible for optimizing digital sales channels, managing advertising campaigns, and crafting effective marketing content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Management:
  • Manage and optimize the performance of the company’s website and e-commerce portals (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to maximize sales and conversion rates.
  • Analyze traffic data and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience.
  • Performance Marketing:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Monitor KPIs and key metrics, ensuring cost-effective lead acquisition and high ROI on paid digital media.
  • Continuously analyze and refine campaigns based on data insights, targeting strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Oversee the company's social media strategy, ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and growth across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Lead content creation efforts for social media, including overseeing copywriting, graphics, and video production.
  • Content Management:
  • Manage content development for the website and e-commerce portals, ensuring engaging, SEO-optimized product descriptions, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure content is aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee content calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Create sales forecasts, prepare marketing reports, and analyze digital performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously explore new digital sales opportunities and emerging platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
