Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving marketing campaigns to position our outsourcing services competitively in global markets. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Develop a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, partnerships, and digital channels. Create customized proposals and pitch decks to win outsourcing contracts. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Marketing & Brand Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote services. Work with content and design teams to create marketing collateral, case studies, and social media content. Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly. Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for client escalations and feedback. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery. Key Skills & Qualifications: Any Bachelor’s degree or Degree in(Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.) 1+ years in sales or marketing roles, with proven experience in the outsourcing industry. Strong knowledge of lead generation tools, and marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored service solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment. Preferred: Experience with international clients (especially US, UK, Australia). Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IT outsourcing, or shared services industry.
