Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on skills)

BIM LAND Technologies is an Australian-based MEP Design & BIM consultancy delivering quality solutions for clients across Australia, Europe and Dubai . we’re expanding our team in Cochin and seeking driven MEP BIM Modelers who are passionate about building their careers in the BIM domain.

Role & Responsibilities

• Model HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems in Revit MEP
• Generate coordinated shop drawings
• Follow UAE standards (DM, DEWA, DCD)
• Coordinate with teams and resolve clashes

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services
• 0–1 year experience (Freshers with Revit MEP course can apply)
• Revit MEP (must), AutoCAD | Bonus: Navisworks, UAE regulations
• Team player, detail-oriented, eager to learn
