Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural BIM Modeler located in Kochi. The Architectural BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models using BIM software, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring the accuracy of construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining BIM models, coordinating with various stakeholders, and contributing to the overall project workflow. The role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills
• Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
