Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler_CIVIL, located in Madhavaram. The BIM Modeler_CIVIL will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models, preparing construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that models meet the required project standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting design development, coordinating with other disciplines such as MEP, and maintaining project documentation. The role demands a strong focus on accuracy, teamwork, and project efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in BIM software Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Relevant certifications in BIM or related software tools are an advantage
