BIM Modeler

Looking for a BIM Modeler who has the right experience and skills to work on a variety of international projects, ranging in both scale and scope.

· Develop and manage 3D models for civil and infrastructure projects using Autodesk Civil 3D and related software.

· Prepare detailed drawings and documentation including grading plans, alignments, profiles, corridors, and pipe networks.

· Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model consistency and clash-free designs.

· Assist in BIM coordination meetings, identify design conflicts, and provide modeling solutions.

· Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with company BIM standards and client requirements.

· Update and maintain models throughout the design and construction phases.

· Support in generating quantity take-offs and as-built models.

· Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.

· Maintain proper file management and version control in the Common Data Environment (CDE).

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 4–5 years of experience in civil infrastructure modeling using Autodesk Civil 3D.

· Strong knowledge of roads, grading, utilities, and site development modeling.

· Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit is an advantage.

· Familiarity with BIM execution plans, LOD requirements, and CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC).

· Good understanding of survey data, coordinate systems, and topographic surfaces.

· Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.

· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Experience working on infrastructure or mixed-use development projects in the UAE or GCC region.

· Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and QA/QC procedures for model review.

· Certification in Autodesk Civil 3D or BIM tools is an added advantage.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler at GRID Engineering Services located in Trivandrum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
