Job Description: As a MEP BIM Modeller at Sculpt Space, you will play a crucial role in creating, managing, and coordinating MEP BIM models for various building and infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibilities will include generating detailed construction drawings, detecting and resolving clashes, and ensuring project compliance and efficiency through effective collaboration with stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru, requiring your expertise in 3D BIM Modeling, Construction Drawings, Coordination, Clash Detection, BIM Implementation, and Project Management. To excel in this role, you should possess 2 to 3 years of experience in 3D BIM Modeling and Construction Drawings, along with skills in Coordination and Clash Detection. Your proficiency in relevant BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks will be essential for effectively carrying out your tasks. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related engineering field is preferred. Moreover, your problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be key assets in collaborating with team members and clients to deliver high-quality BIM solutions.
