About the Role

If you’re obsessed with communication, design taste, and moving fast with founders building real things, this role is literally the coolest crash-course into the creative + tech + business world.

Saday Collective is scaling, and we want someone who can sit at the heart of it: the Founder’s Office.

You’ll manage communication, support in founder-led sales, create decks/presentations, and help drive high-stakes conversations with brands, creators, and businesses.

This role is for someone who loves design aesthetics, storytelling, and problem-solving, and wants to grow into a leadership or strategy path long-term.

What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities)

1. Founder Communication & Outreach

• Manage all inbound/outbound communication for the founders

• Draft messages, emails, proposals, and follow-ups

• Maintain clarity, speed, and professionalism in high-pressure scenarios

• Coordinate with clients, partners, collaborators, and internal teams

2. Founder-Led Sales Support

• Assist in outreach, lead qualification, and sales conversations

• Prepare pre-call research, client notes, and follow-up sequences

• Help maintain CRM hygiene and communication cadences

• Work closely with founders to close deals efficiently

3. Decks, Presentations & Creative Communication

• Create, refine, and format pitch decks, proposals, and brand documents

• Use tools like Canva, Figma, Google Slides, or any presentation tool

• Understand brand voice and visual identity deeply

• Translate ideas into visually clean, premium, minimal layouts

4. Brand & Creative Thinking

• Bring strong aesthetic judgement and design taste

• Ensure every presentation, message, and deliverable aligns with the Saday ethos

• Collaborate with design teams when needed

• Love design, branding, storytelling, and premium aesthetics

• Are proactive, organised, and can manage tasks without handholding

• Want to build a future career in strategy, brand, sales, product, or creative leadership

Compensation

• Annual CTC: ₹1,80,000
