Recruiting Genie LLP is a founder-led recruitment firm specializing in agile, transparent, and fast hiring solutions for startups and growing businesses. As part of our next growth phase, we are building a Founder’s Office to work directly with the Founder on strategic, operational, and business priorities.

Role Overview

As a Founder’s Office Executive, you will act as the Founder’s right hand—driving execution across hiring operations, client management, research, and business initiatives. This is a multi-disciplinary role offering exposure to recruitment, strategy, client relations, and entrepreneurship.

If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and working closely with a founder, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruitment Operations

Ø Support sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates.

Ø Maintain candidate pipeline and update trackers.

· Client & Business Support

Ø Draft and edit client proposals, JDs, and presentations.

Ø Assist in client follow-ups, email communication, and scheduling.

· Research & Strategy

Ø Market research on potential clients, industries, and hiring trends.

Ø Assist in data collection and reports for decision-making.

· Content & Branding

Ø Draft LinkedIn posts, mailers, and training program promotions.

Ø Help with basic marketing material preparation.

· Operations & Admin

Ø Track expenses and coordinate with accountants.

Ø Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of tasks and processes.

What We’re Looking For

· Graduate (any stream); preference for BBA/B.Com/HR/Marketing background.

· Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

· Excellent written and spoken English.

· Strong MS Office/Google Workspace skills (Excel, PPT, Docs).

· Quick learner, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

· High level of ownership, trustworthiness, and eagerness to learn business holistically.
