What You’ll Work On

Your responsibilities will vary week to week, including but not limited to:

1. Hiring & People Coordination

• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
• Scheduling interviews and follow-ups
• Coordinating with candidates and internal team
• Maintaining hiring trackers and updates

2. Research & Preparation

• Market, competitor, and content research
• Assisting with decks, notes, briefs, and internal documents
• Research for pitches, clients, and internal strategy

3. Operations & Project Support

• Tracking ongoing internal projects
• Following up with team members on deadlines
• Helping bring structure to workflows and processes
• Coordinating across marketing, content, and ops teams

4. Founder Support & Coordination

• Managing small but critical founder tasks
• Acting as a bridge between the founder and team
• Ensuring execution doesn’t slip through gaps
