Social Media & Podcast Manager

What You’ll Do

Act as a
producer
for our podcast: research, cultural relevance, guest coordination, prep material, and keeping episodes sharp and compelling.
Run
social media marketing & distribution
: reels, shorts, audiograms, copy, posting schedules, analytics.
Assist with
brand & growth strategy
for podcast and company pages.
Track trends, audience insights, and what’s working in the podcast/content space.
Bring fresh ideas to keep us ahead of the curve.

Who You Are

A
podcast junkie
– you don’t just know the big ones, you listen, analyze, and love the medium.
Graduate or fresher-level, looking for a break into media, content, and digital branding.
Hands-on with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content.
Strong communicator with an eye for detail and storytelling.
Hungry to learn, experiment, and grow fast.
