CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Role Overview

Associate in our Founder's office

You will drive strategic initiatives, manage special projects, and ensure cross-functional alignment to help scale the company efficiently. This is a problem-solving, execution-heavy, and highly confidential role.

Strategic Initiatives

• Drive mission-critical projects across business, tech, ops, and finance.
• Research and develop business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and investments.
• Identify inefficiencies or growth opportunities and propose actionable solutions.

Project Management & Execution

• Track progress on key founder-led priorities across teams.
• Own timelines, dependencies, and outcome delivery for cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Business Intelligence & Decision Support

• Prepare dashboards, board decks, investor updates, and business performance reviews.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research, and analysis for decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the Founder.

Internal Operations & Communication

• Act as a bridge between the Founder and CXOs / business leaders.
• Draft internal comms, SOPs, and drive founder-led culture initiatives.
• Set up and refine internal processes that scale.

What We're Looking For

• 0–6 years of experience in a consulting or a startup role. We are hiring for 2-3 roles in the same team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-first attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills—you love a good checklist
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
