A Founder's Office Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, manage high-priority projects, and streamline operations. If you're highly organized, adaptable, and eager to take on diverse challenges, we want you!

What will you do? (be awesome!)

• Strategic Initiatives: Work directly with founders to execute business strategies and key projects.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate across departments to improve processes and efficiency.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Research trends and provide insights for business growth.
• Operations & Execution: Oversee critical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications.

What will you bring? (pure awesomeness!)

• 2+ years experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
• Adaptability & initiative to thrive in an evolving startup environment.
• Proficiency in Sheets, Docs, Slides, and data analysis tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
