The Role

The Founder’s Office Associate/Manager is a high-ownership role designed

for someone who can cut through the noise and keep things moving forward.

You’ll work directly with the founder, ensuring projects, teams, and ideas don’t

just start — they finish.

Your mission:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to keep projects on track.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables — making sure nothing slips.
• Prepare crisp decks, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Anticipate roadblocks and solve them before they become problems.
• Act as a force multiplier for the founder — extending their bandwidth across initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong execution mindset: you get things done without waiting for perfect clarity.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Hands-on with tools like Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Canva, Notion, Slack, etc.
• Bonus: prior experience in startups, consulting, or managing cross-functional projects.
