About the Role We’re looking for a Content & Community Associate to join our small team and help us build the Scoop universe across online and offline spaces. This is a hands-on role for someone who is excited to create content that sparks "aha" moments, builds communities where fuller-busted folks feel seen, and helps bring Scoop’s fresh, feminist energy into the world. You’ll work closely with our founder and other creative partners to bring Scoop’s vibe to life through posts, stories, reels, and beyond. You’ll also identify new spaces, platforms, and partnerships where Scoop should participate. Additional Responsibilities Shadow fittings during studio appointments, and community events (you’ll get your own in-person fitting by the founder on your first day!). Assist with order packaging and dispatch prep or other administrative tasks as needed. What You Bring 1.5–2 years of relevant experience in content creation, community building, or brand marketing, ideally in a design-led or early-stage brand environment. Design software proficiency: You’re comfortable working with tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma etc and can independently create visually cohesive assets across platforms. Strong visual storytelling skills: You know how to turn a moodboard into an engaging post or a creative idea into a well-executed campaign. Empathy & inclusivity: You create spaces where people feel heard, respected, and celebrated, regardless of size, gender, sexuality, or background. Transparent communication: You’re direct, open, and able to give and receive feedback clearly and constructively. What You Believe Body-Affirming: You reject body-shaming in all its forms. Scoop is a no-judgment zone, and you’ll be signing on to be a part of protecting that. Feminist & Sex-Positive: You’re all about celebrating autonomy, pleasure, and freedom of expression, especially when it comes to bodies.
