Job Description

1. Strategic Support: Assist the Founder in planning and executing key business strategies, partnerships, and initiatives. Conduct research, prepare business presentations, pitch decks, reports, and analytical insights. Track progress of critical projects and ensure timely execution. 2. Operations & Coordination: Liaise between departments (Marketing, Product, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on priorities. Maintain dashboards and performance metrics for review with the Founder. Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions. 3. Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential collaborations, business opportunities, and growth avenues. Support due diligence, proposal drafting, and partner communication. 4. Communication & Representation: Draft communications, speeches, or notes on behalf of the Founder. Represent the Founder in meetings or external interactions when required. 5. Research & Insights: Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support strategic decision-making. Analyze performance data and suggest improvements.
