Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across D2C channels. This role will drive partnerships, optimize growth strategies, and unlock new revenue opportunities, with a focus on performance, scale, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities (collaborations, channel partnerships, cross-promotions). Drive user acquisition and revenue growth across D2C platforms (website, marketplaces). Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales funnels. Collaborate with product, ops, and CX teams to improve customer journey and LTV. Analyze and report on key business metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV, etc.). Explore offline/online hybrid sales models to scale reach. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners. Negotiate, close, and manage business deals end-to-end.
