Your entrepreneurial focus will involve creating all academic and administrative structures from inception to ensure alignment with the school's mission and values. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic leadership and vision** - Establish vision and mission: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to meet school objectives and growth targets. - Build school culture: Create a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving school culture that aligns with the school's values. - Guide policy development: Develop and implement all school policies and procedures related to academics, discipline, and administration. - **Academic and curricular development** - Design curriculum: Implement a curriculum that meets educational standards and prepares students for future success. - Drive instructional excellence: Set clear academic goals and benchmarks.
