Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Isnapur, Hyderabad. Admission Counsellors will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process, providing information about educational programs, assisting with enrollment, and conducting tours of the school. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to all walk-ins, and supporting the administrative staff in various admission-related tasks. Qualifications Strong Communication skills Customer Service and Sales experience Background in Education sector or hospitality is beneficial Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field, MBA desirable Experience in a similar role is a plus This is a Sales role with targets, based out of the School Campus located in Isnapur, Hyderabad.
