Job Description

ELV Foreman (Site Supervisor - Low Voltage Systems)

About The Opportunity

Operating in the international construction & MEP contracting sector, this role supports large-scale commercial, hospitality and residential projects focused on building services and low-voltage ELV systems for Dubai/GCC clients. We are hiring on behalf of a reputed Dubai contractor for an on-site ELV Foreman based in India for mobilization and deployment.Role & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of ELV systems including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, public address and structured cabling to project drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret electrical and low-voltage drawings; allocate tasks to technicians and monitor workmanship to meet quality and schedule targets.
Lead testing, commissioning and handover activities (loop tests, insulation, FAT/SAT, punch-list closure) and prepare test reports.
Coordinate with MEP, civil teams and client/consultants to resolve site clashes, material issues and ensure smooth installation sequencing.
Maintain site safety and HSE compliance; enforce safe work practices, toolbox talks and permit requirements for ELV activities.
Manage material reconciliation, labour rostering and daily progress reporting to project management for timely mobilization and deployment.

Additional Candidate Profile

Proven track record supervising ELV installation on medium to large building projects; able to read technical drawings and deliver to international standards.
Strong coordination skills with MEP trades, consultants and subcontractors; experience with FAT/SAT and client handover processes is advantageous.
