Food Technologist Intern (Paid)

Responsibilities:

 Assist in the product development, conduct trials at lab level.

 Conduct research and analysis to support product development, formulation, and quality control initiatives.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize research & product development process.

 Support sensory evaluations and consumer testing, providing valuable insights for product refinement.

 Assist in the creation and maintenance of accurate and detailed records, including laboratory reports, product specifications, and technical documentation.

 Verify FOP, BOP of the artwork design for new products and help in Food Regulatory compliance.

 Utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, analyze data, and create presentations.

 Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution. 

Qualification:

 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

 Strong foundational knowledge of food technology principles, processes, and regulations.

 An avid learner with a hunger for staying updated on industry advancements and trends.

 Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply knowledge effectively.

 Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.

 Leadership potential and the ability to take initiative.

 Passion for the food industry and a desire to contribute to its growth and innovation.
